ASAP: an award-winning company.
In terms of growth, corporate culture and attractiveness as an employer, the ASAP Group has been at the top of the rankings for several years. All the same, we remain a long way from our targets. We work together every day to develop and improve further still.
The ASAP Group is one of the most family-friendly companies in Germany. Media brand Freundin and employer rating platform kununu have paid tribute to employers who strive to help their employees reconcile work and family life. Their Top 100 ranking is based on ratings from current and former employees. These ratings take into account factors such as work-life balance, flexible working hours, childcare provision and company pension schemes.
Since 1993, compamedia GmbH has organised the TOP 100 benchmarking project. Together with mentor Ranga Yogeshwar, TOP 100 honours the most innovative SMEs in Germany each year. Yogeshwar has been a mentor since 2011 and is among Germany’s most prominent economics writers. In the most recent edition of the rankings, ASAP impressed the jury for the third time in succession, finishing high in the ‘Outward Orientation’ and ‘Open Innovation’ categories.
TOP NATIONAL EMPLOYER.
What makes a good employer? Each year, the current affairs magazine Focus joins forces with online platforms kununu, Xing and Statista to examine this question and crown ‘Germany’s best employer’. Employees from more than 2,000 companies in 22 sectors evaluate the leadership behaviour of their superiors, their own professional prospects, their salary and the company’s image. For the fifth time in succession, ASAP has achieved a top position in the ‘Automobile and Suppliers’ category.
MINT MINDED COMPANY.
In collaboration with ‘MINT Zukunft schaffen’, an association of German employers, audimax GmbH awards the title of ‘MINT Minded Company’ to businesses that have demonstrated a commitment to promoting talented young minds in STEM subjects. Companies are exclusively nominated for the title by STEM students, graduates and talents. We have been delighted to receive this award six times in succession.
BAYERNS BEST 50.
Each year, the Bavarian State Ministry for Economic Affairs and Media, Energy and Technology (STMWI) presents awards to the 50 fastest-growing SMEs in Bavaria. In doing so, the STMWI honours companies that have achieved above-average growth in their turnover and number of employees in recent years. After first receiving the award in 2016, we were again among the award-winners in 2019.
DER GROSSE PREIS DES MITTELSTANDES.
This nationwide, cross-sector award is the most significant competition for small and medium-sized companies in Germany. In this contest, all nominated companies are evaluated based on their success as a business as well as their role in wider society. After finishing as a finalist in 2014, we were presented with the award in 2015.
KUNUNU TOP COMPANY.
As the kununu TOP COMPANY seal of quality proclaims in German, we are “recommended by employees”. This seal is awarded to companies that achieve a high level of employee satisfaction, based exclusively on employee ratings. ASAP has achieved one of the top places in the kununu rankings for the automotive industry for several years.
KUNUNU OPEN COMPANY.
Open and appreciative interaction – the OPEN COMPANY seal from employer rating platform kununu.com certifies that ASAP offers just that. The seal is only awarded to companies that actively encourage their employees to enter ratings on kununu, that comment on existing ratings or that grant insights into daily work at their company.
This year, the ASAP Group has once again been presented with a seal from Association of German Chambers of Industry and Commerce (IHK) certifying our commitment to apprenticeships. As a training organisation, we invest in the future of young people and support their professional development. Our dual education system with a high level of practical relevance systematically prepares our junior staff for their duties within the company. By offering these opportunities, we are setting course for the future and training our own junior staff.
